Description
Made from 100% malted wheat, double distilled and then rested for several months to allow for natural aging processes to occur without the effects of a wooden barrel. 

This is the same spirit that we put into our whisky barrels, and can be used in a variety of ways, we recommend trying it in a pisco sour, or anything involving apple and cinnamon, or even cream and chocolate!
