We are thrilled to present our newest offering in anticipation of the release of our very own whisky. Immerse yourself in the captivating world of Australian whisky as we unveil the exceptional flavors, stories, and craftsmanship that make it truly world class.
Embark on a journey through a rotating selection of hand-picked Australian whiskies, carefully curated by our knowledgeable staff. From single malts to innovative blends, each whisky embodies the dedication and passion of its makers, representing the diversity and creativity that define the Australian whisky landscape.
Cost: $99 per person.
Duration: One hour to 90 minutes.
Whisky: 5 nips of exciting Australian craft whisky.

- An introduction to Australian whisky industry.
- A guided journey through the whisky making process by one of our talented distillers or production team with a nip of our new make White Wheat.
- Enjoy tasting flight of four of Australia's best whiskies from some of it's most iconic distilleries.
- Nibbles to clean the palate between whiskies.
