Our first whisky is a single, barrel, non-chill filtered white wheat malt whisky proudly crafted in the coast breeze of the South Coast of NSW. Matured for 40 months in a rare 70-year-old Port Cask from Seppeltsfields, SA, it entices with a rich nose of chocolate, caramel, and oak, with red berries, eucalyptus, and a warm, toasty finish.

Tasting Notes
