A true celebration of our distillery. This gin has been aged on Oak for 18 months, giving it a nuanced complexity that complements the botanical base of Sublime. 

Toasted undertones from the Oak enhances the botanical character of the gin, resulting in a well-balanced and sophisticated spirit. With a hint of Muscat and deep spice profile, this is a unique sipping experience. 

Just 41 bottles were produced - a truly limited release.
