Description
Along the lines of a sloe gin, we macerated damson plums for 18 months in our gin, only releasing it once the spirit is bursting with juicy berry flavour.  We then add some natural cane sugar to balance the bitterness from the native plums resulting in an endlessly sippable spirit.

For those that prefer their spirits mixed, try it in a Sloe Gin Sour, Sloe Gin Spritz, or a Charlie Chaplin.
