Description
The big brother of the Barrel Aged Geneva. 64.3% with no added water, the french oak of the ex Cabernet barrel from Yangarra Estate Vineyard in McLaren Vale completely outshines the botanical presence, presenting this spirit in a surprisingly different way. Far closer to a whisky, with minimal botanical flavour.
