Description
Along the lines of a sloe gin, we macerated fresh cherries for 16 months in our gin, only releasing it once the spirit is bursting with juicy cherry flavour.  We then add some natural cane sugar resulting in a very moreish spirit.

For those that prefer their spirits mixed, try it in a Sloe Gin Sour with a dash of Geneva, Sloe Gin Cosmo, or with Mediterranean tonic water.
