It’s that time of year again. World Gin Day is fast approaching, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
Join us, and our friends from South Coast Kimchi Co. on Saturday June 8th for an afternoon gin cocktails, fantastic food and good friends!
To celebrate this special day we'll be releasing our brand new Grapefruit Gincello.
Our Grapefruit Gincello is a refreshing liqueur that marries the zesty punch of grapefruit with the delicate botanicals of gin. It's the perfect fusion of two worlds, offering a complexity that's truly unique. Ideal for those who love the classic South Coast Distillery botanical profile with an added kick. It delivers a refreshing experience that tantalizes the taste buds with every sip.
We’ll be running the classic three-course Cocktails and Canapes sessions at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm.
We’re also excited to announce that the five-course long table Degustation will be back again for the 6.30pm session. It was a resounding success at our Pink Gin Launch in April, and we’re thrilled to present another offering!
We’re running things a differently now, with these events having a more communal feel.
What to expect:
- Three-course cocktails & canapes pairing for $59 at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm
- Or a five-course long table degustation for $130 at 6.30pm
- A chance to try some distillery classic cocktails
- First chance to try our Grapefruit Gincello
- Family friendly session 12pm

Cocktails & Canapes Menu
First Course – 10 hour roasted boneless beef rib with parsnip mouse and crispy kale chip, and Finnish Long Drink - Sublime Gin, unsweetened Cranberry Juice, Lemon Juice & Agrum
Second Course – Clam chowder empanada served with chimichurri, and Legally Blonde - Pink Gin, Plum Gin, Sweet Vermouth & Lemon Juice
Third Course – Rhubarb and tangelo marjolaine, and South Coast Side Car - Brandy, Grapefruit Gincello, Lemon Juice, Rich Simple Syrup & Salt
Vegetarian option
First Course – Nepalese eggplant curry pie made with sour cream pastry, and Finnish Long Drink - Sublime Gin, unsweetened Cranberry Juice, Lemon Juice & Agrum
Second Course – Corn chowder empanada, and Legally Blonde - Pink Gin, Plum Gin, Sweet Vermouth & Lemon Juice
Third Course – Rhubarb and tangelo marjolaine, and South Coast Side Car - Brandy, Grapefruit Gincello, Lemon Juice, Rich Simple Syrup & Salt

Additional drinks and bottle sales are able to be purchased on the day.
Outdoor seating will be used throughout the day, weather dependent. Due to the set up of the distillery, bookings may be grouped together. Please dress appropriately as we are an open style warehouse venue.
