Breakwater is our signature gin, inspired by classic London Dry Gin and our love of the coast.

We’ve enhanced the traditional bright pine and herbal notes of juniper with crisp flavours of whole grapefruit while angelica and dandelion roots impart a lingering salty savouriness.

Presented here, simply with soda, it allows the botanicals to truly shine.

Add a slice of fresh lime to really top this off.
