Description
Breakwater is our signature gin, inspired by classic London Dry Gin and our love of the coast.

We’ve enhanced the traditional bright pine and herbal notes of juniper with crisp flavours of whole grapefruit while angelica and dandelion roots impart a lingering salty savouriness.  

Our unique blend evokes the tang of sea spray at the breakwater, or catching the first ocean wave of summer - intense, exhilarating and calling you right back in again.
